I don't buy it.  70 kills with cs-lr4 on 100% health server, 2 kills with P226, giving him 97% KPH?  So NOBODY in that game was running with defensive perk, and this guy was never more than a few meters away from each victim so there was no shot dropoff?  I don't think so.
