    You cannot see how he aims in any way for some reason which I believe may have something to do with the hack he is using.
    I also try and swap to other players in other vehicles where its just fine but with only this guy there's a problem
    During the videoclip I show scoreboard and swap between other players to check if its me that is having technical issues but its only on this guy there is.

    This is my first report here so if there is anything else I can do feel free to tell me for future reports

    Sadly, that's just an spectator glitch. It isn't any sort of "hacking". Spectator mode sucks and when you trigger a glitch, the glitch will stay there for the remainder of the round and even after you re-join.
