Unfortunately, I don't have a "better" video. I cut out a few clips which I managed to record (hardware issue, even the sound crapped out). Tried following him to the other servers, but they have no spec mode enabled for guests. 

Well, nothing much to tell here, he knows where people are. I understand that the video provided might not meet your requirement, but 2-3 kills were pretty obvious that he knows where people are behind corners. 

Here are a few timestamps which you should peak at: 

00:10  Some might say, it's locker, that's what players do, but he sees someone there, hence why is he so careful on that ADS and peaking. 

00:56 He saw again someone there, probably thought the player is gonna go inside D, hence why was he moving and peaking like that on the stairs, then the player outside probably went for C so he proceeded. 

01:27 knows exactly that there is someone on the left side, throws 2 flashbangs, and slowly approaches the corner, looking straight at the player when he peaks then the claymore gets him. So concentrated on the player behind the wall that he misses the obvious Claymore wire there. 

01:43 turns around instantly, expecting 2 players, hence why he tries to hide/take cover on the right side fast. 

02:14 gets inside the tunnel, aims down because he saw someone in the corner, and slowly goes forward to kill him. 

02:35 goes underground C (stairs), goes directly to the corner where the players is camping, very obvious one. 

02:46 again a clip where he aims down already tracking people through wall and slowly moves to open door on the end of the tunnel. 

Yes, the provided material might be crap, and the sound is not there, and it's locker, so some stuff is something obvious, but if we also take into consideration his Skill rise over a short time, this looks to me like a cheater.

Only the increase in these stats isn't enough.
