im banned for Multihack?!

I dont know what is Multihack! Is this a BUG or a Error? I Play 18 Years along Shooter-Games without Hack or Cheat. Now i cant join in the Server of my Frends. Please check the BAN and help me. If you want you can check my PC with Teamviewer (Admins only).

Please tell me how i can undo the Ban.
