Not having too much hope for the game itself though. Sure it will look nice, but if it will have any longevity...

Hope they allow 3rd party server rental and anti-cheat, otherwise it wont last.

From the point of view of admins or 3rd party banlists, whether DICE has RCON support or not is important
They disabled admin API called "RCON" in BF1, which caused BF community got smaller

They will not be allowing plugins as there is no “Procon” in BFV so not much hope for communities like ours in that game.

Hmmmm, wouldn't be complete if they didn't put the "open" beta behind the pre-order ofcourse. In short: nice teasing, good marketing, classic EA. Personally won't consider buying till at least a few months after release.
One good thing is that they dropped the Premium system though.
