Click on each link and watch on youtube, I just added some timestamps to the obvious insane hip fire and mag dumping, for someone that does not play for high accuracy and to still finish almost every round with 30% acc. makes no sense.

It's not only his hip fire accuracy, on ads his accuracy is super high, he always kill anyone with his 1st "5 bullets" pretty close to a 100% accuracy, that is why when you get killed by him, it feels like something is strange, as if the player had some "damage mod", but it's the insane amount of accuracy that hits you.

You can see that on video, he always hit the players with this 4 - 6  bullets to kill, then he keep keeping shooting and reload, he doesn't even switch to pistol to finish anyone, because once he hit you, your are dead, it's as the bullets spread from his gun are so tight that most of the time it doesn't even leave space for a random headshot, I mean what is the point to tap fire to have accuracy, if you can just hold the trigger and spray hip fire with super accuracy.

His thermal loadout may be a disguise for wallhack, I have seen some weird things on the propaganda video, but it seems that he change his gameplay when he is being spectated, though he is not shy to show his hip fire accuracy, when there is no one spectating, then he stand on the most obvious places with zero worries and instant snap to whoever noticed him and instant kill with laser beam accuracy.

Look at propaganda video, I keep switching between him and Sinma, now Sinma is a very good player, look the difference on the gameplay, it's like day and night, even playing like a casual, he can keep up with Sinma, due his super accuracy, he kill Sinma every time as if Sinma was a 5 years old kid, even with hip fire.

Oh I think I found his secret to hip fire with super acc. it's just a mouse settings! I think he slipped up "mouse settings" = macro

Complex cases like these take longer than usual to clear, primarily because so many sets of eyes are on it, and we have to coordinate across global time zones. I'm not sure if this is relevant, on the videos I got on him, I noticed that he never spot people, but he kinda have a sense where the players are coming from, if we think that everyone is already spotted on his screen or mini map, then this video makes much more sense:  https://youtu.be/4v2lcW_E6Sg?t=125 at 2:05 to 4:00, no one is spotted, the flag is already captured, yet, he stay there, as he knew some one would come from there and a few seconds later, it sure happens, then at 3:03 he goes to the corner and prone, nothing wrong, there is a beacon on the building, then at 3:15 he looks up as if there was player on the other side of the building  and start to follow that "player", then at 3:19 he gets up and goes to the other side of the flag, as if some player was flanking him, but there is no evidence for such thing and sure enough at 3:24 he waits, because some how he knows someone is coming, then at 3:29 the player show up and he instant kill that player.

So I was curious to see if he had any spotting ribbon on most of his games and sure enough, strange as it can be, I went through his last 50 games, not a single spotting ribbon, many games on locker with 100 kills and he never spot anyone, could it be that he has everyone already spotted on his scream, something similar to paladin's game feature.
