Clear it again together with your browser history. Log out and log in again. Then try again. Without claimed account your appeal can not be processed.

Everyone else before you managed to claim their accounts. Keep trying. Disable browser plugins etc etc. If there is no account claimed after 24h your appeal will be closed.

I can not claim soldiers for you as this would defeat the whole purpose of proving you are the owner.
