    I have spoken with Origin, and it seems that someone stole my account a few weeks ago.
    I have already recovered it, but I find that I can not play because I am banned in many servers.

    You got banned for a Punkbuster Violation. Create a support ticket at Evenbalance here: http://evenbalance.com/support.php

    If Evenbalance admits the Violation has been triggered by mistake, we will remove the ban. That your account got hacked, does not matter. Your account is your responsibility. There are plenty of ways to prevent your account from being stolen.
