As you all know there is a guy named 78_cTaPuk_RU, which is one name out of 100 or so! This guy is playing with a static IP, but with tons of names and guid´s! Would it be possible to integrate an IP ban into the plugin? That would solve such problems and such a guy get banned no matter which name or guid he is using!

These days where dynamic IP's dominate the market it would make no sense to implement IP bans.

The player you took as an example is abusing the gametime system to get access to unlimited accounts. Even if we banned his IP he could turn on a VPN client and do the same. All we can do is ban all new accounts after they have been reported.
