That video shows nothing unusual. He is a dedicated attack heli player on the single best map for the attack heli. He is not using any cheat in the footage you provided.

Can't see anything, looks like an experienced helicopter gunner who knows what he is doing. His sensitivity seems pretty low means he can control his aim better and has a more steady movement.
If that's everything you got to prove that he is cheating we won't reopen his report thread or even ban him.

I certainly am aware of what I am talking about. If you feel like dropping false allegations instead of discussing this like an adult feel free to continue somewhere else but not on BF4DB.
We need evidence to base bans on and we don't issue bans based on some random twitch clip and bottomless hackusations.
