    Hi guys,my name Nazar.I just wanna appeal my ban.I give my friend play one match his profile in  origin:

    He good in game,but after match he said to me:"lol,you have banned for aimbot"

    he played on my computer,we really dont understand,we are not globally banned by PunkBuster

    I write this appeal again because i need wrote to evenbalance.com support but they dont answer

    Ticket link moved to admin view. Added correct banreason to the ticket. 

    Do not share the ticket with anyone besides the known AC's. 

    We now wait for a response from EB. This can take up to two weeks. 

    Edit: you already added the full banreason, didn't see it. Now it is posted twice there, but should not matter.

    Note #3: We do not find this violation to be triggered in error, and it will not be removed. It is at the discretion of the third-party ban list administrator to remove any ban given as a result of this violation. 

    To be clear: we are not saying that you cheated as we have no way to know who triggered the violation. If it is certain that no one playing on your computer ever had a cheat/hack violation triggered by PunkBuster, then your GUID (cdkey and/or game account password) has been stolen by or leaked to someone who has used it on a different computer to trigger the violation. We do not have the means to help you find out who is responsible for compromising your GUID.

    Unfortunately they do not find their detection a mistake, therefore our ban will not be removed. If they later find out that it was a mistake, they will announce it on their homepage. If this happens feel free to make another appeal.

    Consider reading our ban and appeal policies to prevent further issues with our service.
