I don't know if I'm banned but it won't let me into the servers

i checked and here on BF4DB in activities profile

my account appears to be connected to another one I don't know

the second is not my account and for me it can be banned for life, but I trained for months to get where I am.

I have no idea what your issue might be caused by but you are not linked to that other account in any way, neither are you banned by us.

Thats an individual server ban. There is nothing we can do on our end

Yes but that has nothing to do with us. Its purely a link to your player stats through our site. You are not banned by us in any way

Admin probably making you think that your ban is related to us but it's 100% his own decision there. You should talk with him directly, don't hesitate to quote that thread as well. I don't really like when admin do that to avoid dealing with people.
