Unless there’s additional evidence for BF4, BF3 evidence can only be used as supporting evidence and not definitive evidence to issue a ban. 

Gotcha.  That's all I've got.  I thought you banned for links between 3/4.

We can use it as supporting evidence to establish a history of some sort. I can see if he has done anything shady recently though.
