Metabans ran out of money to finance the project thus they have been shut down. -

A community member of ours received the information from a metabans supporter called 0ld_Yellow (who allegedly mailed EBassie from Metabans who then told him the site was taken offline due to financial issues) and forwarded it to us.who told you that ? I3lack the owner ? because the staff of metabans don't know why the site is down.

Didn't really question it as the forum has been down for quite a long time now, was just a matter of time for the main site to follow. -

I posted a comment on 247FP which mentioned I'd stopped my automatic Paypal entry for MB just in case that part of their system was still working. A few hours later someone else informed me they had just received mail from Paypal that their automatic payment to MB had been stopped without them doing anything. I don't know if that was in response to my post, and that was nice of Metabans to do so, but that sounds like "nail in the coffin" stuff. I am sad.
