Hello, so surely you all know me with all of my banned accounts. I was caught cheated roughly around 2-3 years ago now and now it has followed me ever since. My question is to you guys is why there is no way to prove to you that you're no longer cheating or something else. I have never cheated since that point because i learned my lesson and have been paying the consequences ever since. Along with that i have been very open about anyone who has asked me about it and i know i screwed up and i've come forward and admitted that. But to be paying the price this long later really frustrates me and maybe even other people with the same issue. For example on my most recent 2 accounts i've streamed every single game i've played on them with a hand cam and had better games/stats than i have before. To end this novel, i have 2 questions, why can i not prove that i dont cheat anymore instead of spending countless dollars and time with new accounts hiding. Why can't there be something like a time limit on how long you're banned for after your first offense? Like going to jail for 6 months instead of life in prison. Anyways thank you for reading, hope you can either decide to polish up some of your rules or actually believe me when i say i've been legit.

There's many anticheat systems with many different degrees of punishment when it comes to dealing with hackers. For BF4DB they believe that cheaters don't deserve a second chance, and unlike GGC, PBBans or Evenbalance, they ban people as well as the account (thus the ban due to linked acc).

That's a policy, there's others, but turns out that BF4DB provides a plugin to server owners for free, they don't impose themselves to everyone. Server owners have the choice to take it or not, and well, BF4DB is chosen by many.

That alone should show you that a lot of people are ok with the severity of BF4DB policy.

Also I'd like to point out that if a server owner isn't 100% ok with that policy, he can still whitelist people. So if you know server owners who run BF4DB and are like you say open about the fact that you cheated before, maybe try your luck for a whitelisting.

Once a cheater, always a cheater. We ban the player, not just the account, hence our linked account policy. While we appreciate your remorse for what you did, the bans are permanent. Thank you for choosing BF4DB for your Anti-Cheat needs.
