your service has banned me because my account is linked. ok first off my account was accessed illegally and with out my knowledge. with the help of ea i did recover the account and it is secure. the person who apparently from what i could find out with the help of ea was in russia. they managed to rack up bans via 247fairplay. i personally have never cheated and if you look at my games stats here its pretty obvious that im not a cheater. if you need screen shot of my contact with case numbers from ea from last year i will be happy to provide them. here is my page on bf4db: https://bf4db.com/player/362979023

Your account is your own responsibility. It does not matter whether you, your brother, your cousin, your father or even your goldfish used your account to cheat on; Your account was caught cheating and thus was banned by Punkbuster for Multihack usage.

You can go ahead and submit a troubleticket on evenbalance's webpage but as someone broke into your account and cheated on it I don't see any possibility of Evenbalance lifting this ban.
