I do not know what me did wrong? I have nothing to do with a guy anmed McRe7ard (https://bf4db.com/player/1060910732) except the picture.

Also there is no eveidence for me using hacks

I only play on this computer at my home (85%) and at the office on 2 other computers when my boss is not there with 2 friend.

I got a lot of other players spectating me for hours and watching me because they think i hack.But  after they figured out i use my own setting for everything a lot of them are now friends of mine :D Uncut_HeXe for example.

What i know is that other player sometimes thing i use wallhack but his is my 5.1 audio logitech surround system. I can hear them scream in russian or english or chinese around me and i showed friend a lot of times that i can track them easily by there loud playing behaviour.

Like droping random medipacks or ammo or just sprinting ... or running tru the metal detectors at lockers XD

I sometimes like to go on maybe not allowed spots there are videos made by a player called TheFixedMachine to get me banned for glitch using.

But i also do not use glitches i just climb up the hills thats no glitch for me.

If there is anything i can do to make sure i dont use a hack please tell me.

The IP of that other account overlaps with the IP of your account. Therefor you got linked. Furthermore, the servers which that other account has joined, correspond with the servers you have visited. Can you explain how that happened?

I do not know much about IP and stuff like that sorry but it is changabel. I can switch the IP in 3minutes if that is the problem can not tell you why it overlaps.

I got a problem like this years ago where my Dad my brother and me had the same Ip cos we all live in the same house...but thats another story sry

To the servers have my favorit hardcore servers i like Peralmarked Locker and Metro and i take a look a the guy and he plays on [TOP] LOCKER MIX | FUNC-CLAN.ru  

I like to play on this server as well i. I guess there are not so many hardcores Servers left that play infantire maps.

Will discuss your case with the other staff. But I haven't ever seen an IP jump back to a user after being used by someone else in that same timeframe.

Could that other account belong to someone you know?

I do not know only possibel someone from work ,office workmates ?

The Ip isn't the only common link among them. Gravatars have a unique ID for an image uploaded to their database that is unique to that specific account. Your site account here on bf4db uses the exact same gravatar image as the banned account which means the same email was used to create this site account as the banned account used

I think it is safe to assume that the other account has some connection to you. If you have an other explanation I would like to hear it from you within 24h, after that deadline I will close the thread and your appeal will be denied.

As i said im not a computer proffesional and i can not explain what this ip problem is because my englisch is to bad to really understand the probolem with the IP.

This is my only account i started playing it with some guys from my old work. A company where we build protheses for people. A guy named Stefan helped me with the account after i buy it years ago cos all guys there play video games when the 2 bosses are not at the company. So i only  know 1 account from there for sure its in my  my friend list he is called Razzor76. That is Stefan i tried to telefon him to ask him what is going on if he knows if my login is still in the computers. But he do not answere me. I dont know if MrRe7art is from there too but i think so. Maybe its Peters accountdo not know how to explain his doing at work he is the office manager i think its called.

Well as burt said not only the IP is tied to you, but also your gravatar e-mail. Both your gravatar here, as the gravatar on the banned account (not your linked account) are the same.

Which is strange, because you said you stealed someones grav but now the original grav pops up here.

I am sorry, but if you can not explain those two linking factors I need to deny the appeal.

If you feel like your case has not been treated correctly, escalate it to MXT (he is German), or any of the directors.
