HSPK are high indeed but the KPM is extremely low.

Could be a HS tryhard with the sniper. Some L86A2 rounds show quite high hspk but same stuff, this weapon is very accurate and fit for one-tap situation at long range. Add that to the low KPM.

I'm not very convinced here, record would help.
