Hello ....recently 2 teammates been banned for unfair reason.
Isnt better to have someone in to invastigate the game (battlelog ) and try to contact the possible cheaters? ....i mean to give a warning that if you dont provide evidences you will be banned....if there is no answer ok ban them...
There are lot of accusers in game....i ve also accusing people when i didnt had lot of experience....
If someone that plays bf4 everyday and suddenly cant play anymore without his fault is frustrating.
I loved bf4db for stats and more but is really important not to unfairly mark people because this shit follows you even on next bf games.

Actually, we do investigate reports before issuing bans. If you read our Banning Policy, you’ll see what we do. Please provide links to bans that were made unfairly without investigation so we can show you how wrong you are. Thanks.

Bf4db doesn't ban on a whim. They investigated your friend, which is why he was banned. All they can see is that the account was used to cheat, and that other accounts were used by the same person, whether to cheat or not. He says the account was hacked, but they couldn't possibly know that until he came here to appeal and provided the information they requested. They aren't going to try to contact accounts that they know were cheated with. That doesn't even make sense. In the end, if it turns out his account was hacked, the one that was hacked and used to cheat will remain banned anyway. Let the appeals be dealt with, this is a volunteer run site and they do their best to get to everything as fast as possible. But, it's very busy here with bans and appeals and all these people have a regular job and a life outside bf4db. Posting about the appeal will not make it go faster. Of you don't like it, play on official servers.

Exactly, you know why the others aren't? It's because of bf4db. So you don't mind benefitting from all the bans they issue, but when someone you know gets banned it's suddenly "no investigation". You need to do your own investigation on how this site works. Your friend was banned for a valid reason, and it's only recently that they have allowed hacked accounts any kind of reprieve. Again... Let the appeal run it's course, you are not making it go faster.

Ok i will agree for the important role of bf4db.... i was also really sad when bf4db was gone in the past for a while.... also bf6 needs ranked servers and bf4db.... crossfingers cause we are talking about players that really hates cheaters
