Appeal: I bought recently BF4 and my account litteraly has 0 hours played and I think somehow punkbuster banned my IP or any file from my PC or maybe it's because a friend (JC-Kalashnikov47) asked me to download and try BF4 in my PC before (last year) turns out that he had a banned account and maybe now that I have BF4 in my account, Punkbuster banned me as well. 

If that's not possible then what shoul I do? i don't know if there's a discussion about this problem already in forums, I just read the important information before writing my thread so go easy on me.

I don't think you are banned, probably your punkbuster service isn't installed properly, not working or blocked by your antivirus firewall.

There's plenty of threads/video you can find on google about it.

There's also the possibility that you haven't uninstalled BF4/punkbuster since your friend played on your pc, in which case I advise you to do a full reinstall of the game (maybe also clean the registry using CCleaner, we never know).

Punkbuster doesn't IP ban nor does it ban people who haven't played a single round (unless you have the most obvious cheat of them all).
