He knows exactly where the enemy is and only uses vehicles when playing.

The youtube videos he is showing with process explorer does not mean thing due to the HAGS can be hidden behind any process name/icon

I don't know if he is cheating   but

he ask a friend to put C4 on enemy vehicle  and he detonate the C4 with the MAV.

I am not sure it is enough for a ban.

He uses the Vehicle Hack from nxHacks BF4

High accuracy is due to vehicle play only, nothing odd here. Kill streak and nemesis streak are probably from modded server.

Those stats proves nothing.
