Hello in my weapon stats is in red color on (usas-12) the HSKR is Low as 8%

The reason for thats red stats is a pre annoucements for cheating.

how can i reavaliated this stats?

The colors are just to highlight what is "normal", "above normal", etc.

A single red statistic is not enough for us to issue a ban. We look at many things not just one statistic. Whoever is saying you will be banned by us is lying and has no idea how BF4DB works.

The color just represents that your stats are a certain % over the established average. I don't know exactly what % over average is required to set the value to red but given how low the hsk rate is with that gun it wouldn't take much to send it over that threshold. Its not an issue for you though.
