Investigating means your account has been reported by someone. It doesn't mean that you are banned.

We'll get to it when we get to it.

After investigating, I will give you a pass about all those battlereports showing you achieving high HSKR with DMR since they are from HC servers. I picked some of them randomly and posted them below.

But I'm curious about these battlereports. You were not using DMRs in these rounds but still achieving above 50% HSKR in 100HP servers.

thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

I'm not really sure what you want me to say about the battle reports. Yes some reports have high DMR  hs stats, but there are also lots of reports where DMR is average, and lots of reports  where  DMR hs is just terrible. The same can be said for pretty much all my weapons ,assault rifle class, support class and sniper class. 

Like i said not sure what you want me to say ,so Im just throwing out a few possible  reasons here. I hope they are ok for you.

I think maybe  this depends a lot on opposition, some players stand still for a long time espically while they are shooting, so its easy to get hs on them. Counter snipers is also fairly easy to hs them when they are lying prone or standing still while shooting? when people on the move hs is much more difficult. Also I always wait for players to come revive there teammates so get easy headshots there.

I tend to change my loadout a lot during game trying to find best weapon and playstyle for that map. eg  i start with DMR and if that does not go well I change to LMG or AR etc. when i find a weapon that works that map i stay with it. I also change my playstyle  from defensive camping to all out run n gun depending on what works for that map.

Record a video of you replicating the same performance as in this specific battlereport, which means achieving the same HSKR, KPM, K/D Ratio, etc. Using the same weapon is coercive but on the same map is not (but preferred).

Oh ok I see that you have changed me to banned. I though you were trying to be nice and help me when you said I was changed from Investigating,  but you were just being arrogant and mean.

You say I am cheating, I do not cheat. I have a few questions which I need you to answer for me ASAP.

Q1: Is this ban based on actual scientifically modelled analytical data? or just an admin deciding arbitrarily for whatever reason they want?

Q2: Can you please outline exactly what proof you have that I am cheating. You say "Suspicious stats",Please be very specific in your reply, what stats exactly are you talking about?

Q3 What statistical model do you use? and exactly how does my data-sets when run within this model prove I am cheating.? 

Q4 In relation to hskr stats, what is the population size do you use?, what is the median and standard deviation hskr? and where are my head shot  data points in relation to Median and standard deviation?

Q5 What Statistical Confidence Intervals do you use as proof of my cheating? and from what data-sets did you calculate Z values? and what Value is my specific Statistical Confidence Interval?

Q6 The last report you gave had 70Kills 34 headshots, so roughly 48.57% hskr. Does every player who has hskr above 48.57% in a map get banned for suspious stats?? and if no what specifically is the cutoff for cheating?? if you get 50% hskr for 3 maps, 6maps 50maps how many? What if someone has 3 kills with 3 headshots =100% ?

You say the stats are enough to keep ban, again i ask you for scientific and analytical proof  within those stats that i am cheating.?

The information i requested  is not in the battle reports.
