You are not banned by BF4DB but by EvenBalance (who owns PunkBuster) as it is said in the message : GLOBAL PunkBuster GUID BAN . You need to send a ticket to them :

I highly doubt that EvenBalance will lift the ban. Better be off getting a new account.
