I mostly got into the head, maybe this is a mistake, although I looked at your profile and saw about the same thing by the DMG.
About cd in these matches, we most of the game dominated them.

Cuban's stats result from constantly playing in 60 HP Hardcore servers which will make the DMG stats higher since they are calculated by using kills, hits and accuracy. Nothing is suspicious about him and it's not what you need to worry about either.

Again, can you explain how do you get 100 kills with 171 bullets hit from a gun that deals 24.5 damage max on a server with player health point set to 100?
