I have been playing this game for a long time and I know how cheaters like. Always instant! They always wait for you with a raised sight and never fail to hit!

Maybe you're right, maybe you're not, but in both cases you are not providing any evidence whatsoever of them cheating.

And admins can't just ban people based on your experience or feel, if those guys get banned and appeal they're gonna be like "what kind of proof do you have that we cheat?", admin is gonna say what : "ah, uh a dude told us so." ?
