My version is: BF4DB - 2.0.7
Ever since I updated the new version, My Procon always appears with the following message:
[00:46:47 34] [BF4DB] OnVersion179574 BF4
What is the problem?

The plugin is simply reporting the version the server itself is running on. This is normal. 

This mean that kick and ban can work properly?

As my fellow staff member already mentioned that all the message does is call back the current server built number it does not affect plugin functionality whatsoever.

If you are running a ranked server it will still do what it's supposed to do.
