We came to the conclusion that we won't remove the ban. There are many linked accounts to you and your brother, some with questionable statistics. Furthermore you say that cheats have been used on your machine, which on it's own is enough for us to keep the ban in place. If it was indeed your brother cheating, I suggest you to have a good talk with him about what his behaviour has caused.
