Regardless of the linked accounts, it looks like after further research that you have hacked in the past. Any time you've had a high KPM during a round it was usually paired with high HSKR. Here are some examples out of the many:

Usually during a round you hover around 1 or sub-1 KPMs. I'm inclined to change the ban reeeeeasons to Aimbot instead of Linked Account, but I will let the others chime in first.

Although 3 years ago, seems pretty clear to me that you downloaded some skill in those games..
