banned because the game once  crashed and the game restart after i play it again my account is banned,i dont know why this is happening to my pc you can see my stats and judge , i always play fair without cheats , Torsten-AUR- this admin who give me banned, could any one please help me 

p.s:- i purchased the bf4 premium before 2 years i guess  and i pay 59$ for this game
