Nothing we can do about that, go appeal to Evenbalance. They’ll just ignore you for a while then say no, so you might as well just trash your account as it’s unusable now. You can get a new account and assuming you’re clean, you should be fine. 

Just don't buy a secondhand account as they are often sold by cheaters who got busted.
