BF4DB shows my profile as "Good", meaning, no history of any kind of cheats/hacks.

Thats an problem with PunkBuster, not BF4DB.. I checked your account and it says that you got a Global GUID Ban from Evenbalance.. so ur account is pretty much R.I.P. since they dont answer any trouble tickets anymore..

Like RussianTwoHands said, it's from EvenBalance and we can't help with that. You can try to send them a ticket but they won't answer. If you wanna play BF4 again get a new account. Avoid secondhand stuff though.
