hi guys  i write becouse i cant play bf4- i boght it 2 years ago in russia , and a few days later since i get it , i got banned .. but i still without understand why ! first i dont even speak russian, i just was tatttooing there for a few weeks , and second all my game is in russian  , i dont even know how to play good . i use my xbox joystick to play so im not even good at shooting . but i still without understand how i lost my money like this. i payed for the game, now i want that my child play (he have 6 years ) and he cant even play at any server . can you please solve my problem . as any one can see when i play , i almost cant even shoot, so i dont understand how is that im cheating !? please , solve my problem , for us in our country this is a f...lot of money for a game that after two years i cant even play .

Busca a tu soldado en este sitio y reclamalo. Primero haz clic en "Search", pon tu nombre, haz clic en el nombre del soldado y presiona el botón que dice "Claim", de esa manera los admins se puede asegurar que estan ayudando a la persona correcta.

now i did it ! they give me a code to put on the tags of my soldier  ( ya lo hice cubano , me pidio que escriba un codigo en la chapa de mi soldado !! ya encontre la forma de hacerlo jajajaaj ) i hope they can help me in some way

Gracias por tu paciencia y por haber reclamado a tu soldado. Despues de haber revisado la razon por la que el admin te puso un ban parece que algo o alguien provoco una violacion en GGC.

GGC es otro sitio de anti-cheat como este que tiene una lista de bans y si tienes un ban alla pues te ponemos un ban aca tambien. El problema es que hay mucha mas gente usando la lista de ban de BF4DB que GGC y  por eso es que ahora te estas dando cuenta que tienes un ban que es global.

Aqui esta el link de GGC (https://www.ggc-stream.net/search/server/guid/gid/d65a9d5783e7dae8e506dd8ea4d880d3), cuando vayas a esa pagina en el medio hay una cosa que dice "That's my GUID, I want to appeal this ban!", haz clic en eso y empieza el proceso de apelar tu ban con ellos. En cuanto ellos te levanten el ban, pues nos muestras prueba y te quitamos el ban de aqui tambien.

GGC is another anti-cheat website and they have a ban list and if you are banned over there we ban you here too. The issue is that more people use BF4DB's ban list than GGC's and that might be the reason why now you are realizing that you are banned globally.

Here's the link to GGC(link), when you go on the page, around the middle look for "That's my GUID, I want to appeal this ban!", click and start your appeal process with them. If they lift your ban, we will lift it as well.*

Primero, lo que te recomiendo es que empieces el proceso con GGC y si te levantan el ban lo primerito que debes de hacer es cambiar la contraseña de tu cuenta por si acaso. Lo segundo, y esto es como una recomendacion personal, desintala TODO de tu sistema y empieza desde el principio a no ser que alguien haya instalado algo sin tu conocimiento en tu computadora.

Segundo, no te recomiendo que trates de empezar de cero porque entonces los admins de aqui tienen reglas muy estrictas cuando se trata de cuentas vinculadas y ellos le van a poner un ban a cada cuenta que compres y honestamente vas a estar gastando dinero porque esto tipos si que son buenos encontrando cuentas vinculadas.

Ahi vi que dijistes que GGC te dijo que era de EvenBalance, eso es mucho mas serio porque eso si que es un ban global. Ve a este sitio (http://evenbalance.com/support.php) y has un ticket con ellos. Se va a demorar un poquito. Tuvimos otro jugador que se demoro un mes para poder comunicarse con un humano pero al final le resolviero el caso y le quitaron el ban global a su cuenta.

Second, I don't recommend you try to start from scratch with a new account, the admins here have very strict guidelines when it comes to linked accounts and they will ban each and every account you buy. Honestly, you'd be throwing your money away because they are really good at finding linked accounts.

I saw you said GGC said it was an EvenBalance violation, that is a little more serious and it is a global ban. Go to this site(link) and create a ticket with them. It will take a while, we just had another player wait a month to even talk to a human but in the end, they helped him out and his ban was lifted.*
