Appeal: My account was hacked on July 21, 2017 https://i.gyazo.com/5dee4f1f811dc6a2973e0dbbe860f0ed.png, and on January 25, 2018 i managed to get my account back https://i.gyazo.com/3e7f4896c9955541b675413528195137.jpg. the ban was issued 5 months ago which was sometime in September, about 2 months after i lost access to my account and now 5 months later when i have my account back when i play i have a limited amount of servers to play on.

2FA at EA has definitely been available at the time you were hacked thus you are the one to be blamed for poor account security.
