Hi all,
I am writing this appeal in relation to bans that have been placed on my above profile. Recently I had discovered that my origin account had been hacked and as a consequence of this the purchases under my account were available to whomever accessed my account. After many discussions with the EA staff who thankfully helped me to get my account back under control recommended that I should make contact here as they could see no bans on my account and as they have no authority over the BF4DB stats in order to make this situation right.
I discovered that the source of my problem was malware that was located on my pc and following a full system reset to remove the issue I then proceeded to install my games. However along with BF4 and the bans alongside it, I also noticed that accounts for other games that I have such as GTA V also had the same profile name which had been changed from my original SAS143 to Mantarbey11 I believe it wasand also my account language had been switched to Turkish. Following this I resumed control of my account thanks to the help of EA staff. What I am looking for today is to have the current ban on my account that is listed as an aimbot hack to be removed as I have never had nor felt the need to cheat in a competitive gaming environment. Further to this while my stats were above average I do believe that whomever took control over my account in their doing raised some eyebrows with the stats that they were producing especially with various machine guns and carbines that can be seen in the stats in the below link. I am hoping that this can be of some help in the matter and that the appeal can be successful. You have been suspended because of a listed PunkBuster violation for the usage of an Aimbot and according to GGC's logs even a Multihack.
Whether your account has been hacked or not does not matter. Your account is your responsibility thus you are the one in charge of securing your account to an extent that basically eliminates the chance of having someone break into it. This can be achieved by using strong and variating passwords from website/service to website and 2FA (which is available at EA/Origin).

If your ticket is approved and EvenBalance confirms this violation has been triggered in error feel free to open another appeal on BF4DB linking back to said approved ticket and we will lift the ban.
