What does that mean? I only have one account and I've never used cheats or done anything wrong...

Would be grateful if you could lift that ban.

This way you can link a battlelog profile to your BF4DB page, and we can assure we are talking to the actual owner of the account.

Set your case to investigating. In the meantime you should be able to join BF4DB protected servers again. I will discuss your case with the other staff. If the link turns out to be valid, the ban will ofcourse be reinstated.

We ban not only the account that is cheating, we ban the person that is behind the account to prevent him from making more accounts. This can be a bit tricky sometimes, so we need to double check those links.

understandable. come to think of it - maybe that has something to do with when my account was hacked. couldn't log in anymore or reset the password. had to phone ea and they did that for me. don't know who hacked my account or what they did - was apparently some guy from the other end of the world who was bored...
