Dear BF4DB Managers. I want to say about my BF4DB Ban.
I was banned for no reason. I am neither a hacker nor a trade killer.
I think this Ban is wrong.

Thanks, to us it looks like your stats were reset around the 25th of September - 3rd of October as can be seen in this image https://prnt.sc/gx03c4. Do you have any explanation for the sudden reset in stats?I finished it.

I was then banned by the fairfight. But I guess it is an innocent ban because the reason is unclear. And as I said above, I did not use hacker because I turned off other programs when I run BF4. At that time I was disconnected for 7 days because I did not know how to solve the ban. When I connected again after 7 days, everything was back to the rank 6 situation

Contact EA support to appeal your FF ban there. If they confirm your reset was a mistake, and they restore your old stats or compensate you in some other way, we will lift your ban.
