Appeal: I do not believe my ban is justified. The reported reason is aimbot, so HSK, Accuracy, and KPM should be taken into account. On my stat profile page (http://bf4cheatreport.com/?pid=844103463&uid=&cnt=200) There are many reports here.

I do not believe these are completely unbelievable stats. I am using a sniper in both, so obviously I aiming for the head. It is also OP locker with long sight lines where people often are standing still holding angles. Both the accuracy and deaths seemed to indicate that I fire and miss a lot, as a result die a lot.

These next reports are highlighted here, with a ~50 HSKR. Which were posted by the admin in my thread before I was banned.

has a 50% HSK. Looking at it I only have 11 kills with the 870. despite it being my best weapon. I evidently used other weapons. Likely the Magnum with a 3x based on the fact that I have two handgun ribbons, confirming I had at least 8 kills with handguns. I also had a sniper rifle ribbon, meaning I had at least 6 kills with a sniper (where I of course aim for the head. I feel like the accuracy of 19% in the battlereport shows I wasn't an aimbot by any means. I just believe that the best weapon seems to be deceiving.

has a 54% HSK with a 13% accuracy. Once again my best weapon of 35 kills is an AEK (13 kills). My ribbons have a sniper and a handgun. which combined account for 10 kills. Maybe not all 10 were headshots, but of 19/35 headshots/kills I believe these account for a chunk of them. I also go 35/26. I do not think this is at all reasonable, surely an aimbot would do much better, these are very human like stats. Especially over the course of ~28m.

has a 50% HSK. This time it is almost exclusively an AEK match. I got 78/32 with 39 headshots and a 19% accuracy. 78 is high right? its about 3.71 KPM. Which is pretty good, but not absurd. I don't have much to say except I died quite a bit. Sure I top scored... but I don't think it's completely unreasonable, and the top players on the other team aren't even close to max rank, many seems to be below 20 as well. Keep in mind despite doing well... I still died 32 times. To sum this whole section up... I play a lot of csgo, I know I should aim for the head.

These here show stupidly high KPM, but it is an obvious error. If you look at the minutes column it lists it as 0, which means it just copy pasted over my kills. Is it possible to get 35 kills in a minute? maybe if you were god mode and aimbotting on OpLocker. However, it is not possible to die more than 10 times while doing so.

As the banning admin I can't deny your appeal, however, one does not simply get 50% HSKR on Locker with the AEK, as shown in this report. All those reports individually might not mean much, but once they start piling up, it becomes suspicious.

I didn't even look at your KPM, as KPM is a broken statistic from EA a lot of the time sadly.

So, please explain how you got a 50% HSKR in Locker and "I play CSGO and aim for the head" is not really a valid defense.

That battlereport is operation locker TDM. Looking at the battlereport many of the enemy team is low level. So it's possible that I might just be better than them in that game. I don't know how else to explain how I got 39/78 headshots/kills in a game march 2019. I don't exactly remember what happened that game. If you could tell me what I need to do to prove myself, I'll be happy to do so.

I want anyway to prove myself, I can link all of my battlereports if needed, whatever is located on my battlelog page. I feel helpless that I can't possibly account for a one off high HSKR game. Maybe I got a lucky flank.. idk. I certainly had games with similar or better HSKR with a sniper. My KD, nor Accuracy on that battle report in question are anything special. I can't even record gameplay on a TDM server anymore since I am banned from BF4DB, and all the servers in (northamerica) with population as of writing this are BF4DB protected. My average stats for an AEK over the entire game has about a 28% HSKR. I assume I've only gotten better with age. I can't explain that one game except dumb luck, I don't think it would even statistically count as an outlier at all. I have about ~10 logs on that server from the same time in March 2019. I can link to all the battlereports if needed.

Well as I said, I can't make a decision on your appeal as I would be biased. However, nobody had answered to you so I wanted to present you the evidence as to why you were banned since you took the time to look through all those reports.
