Your son's ban is much more clearer than the language you speak. You should educate yourself and your son on the game mechanics and engine. A little reality check regarding Punkbuster/GGC/ACI/FF/whatever wouldn't hurt either.

As for the linked accounts, we will investigate. Relaaaaax ban will remain as per our ban policy since it is clear your son is playing there. But I can already see that he has access to your claimed account too judging by the battlereports.
