Hey! I was wondering why I was banned. I started playing one day and I got instantly kicked from almost every server so I looked around and found out I got banned from your AC. And hoped i could get unbanned since I'm not cheating or hacking, never had never would.

Care to explain your statistics on the UMP-45? 

What about it? That the UMP has almost no recoil and it's not that hard to hit the head.

How is a 15% accuracy "hacking" pls explain.....

The first post after the admin message showed that you understand the HSKR is the problem, then you come back with low accuracy as a counter.  So I'll just go ahead and explain to anyone looking.  High HSKR is almost always coupled with low accuracy, especially with automatic weapons.  Whether you cheated to get that HSKR, or did it legit, the accuracy will be low.   15% overall accuracy is not a defense to 75% overall HSKR.  75% overall HSKR with the UMP-45 is basically impossible in the game without cheats.  i'm sure there are some people to do it legit...  But lets be realistic, are you one of those .01%?
