Appeal: hey my game name was noone5804 and now its bittu5804CNGT i got banned because of a linked account which belongs to me yes it belongs to me and i got it banned previously ( 2 years back to be precise in 2017 i think ) just for checking how punk buster works and then i got banned and after that i didn't used that account again and bought a new game and a new account (which i played with out cheating or doing any other shit) until recently when i received a mail from EA that my account name and passwords have been changed (actually my banned account got hacked) so i logged into it by code that i got from email and then changed the Username similar to this account and password and then it got hacked again and now i changed it again and not even playing with that account and recently in april this year when i continued to play with this account i was getting kicked by admin and i contacted EA support about it with the case number Case 49126383 where they said to clear the cache and try again and i tried but no use but today when i tried i got the message before getting kicked which i will link https://ibb.co/dLfMx5Q and got to know that this account got banned because of the old account but i am not at all cheating in this account even check my statistics and other things which clearly indicates that i am not cheating with this account and also check the activity of that banned account as i am not at all using it as i realized how bad cheating is here i explained all the things and request you guys to approve my appeal and thats all i have to say and for the requirement of video if i try to record using obs at 720p 60fps my laptop (i5 4200u and intel hd4400 graphics) is crashing.
