Appeal: I was banned off of one of your servers due to apparently using an Aimbot/Aimassist. The evidence videos provided show "proof" of me "cheating" and i feel they fail to provided enough evidence that i am using an aim assist and or aimbot. Below are the following reasons i believe i was banned unfairly.

1. The videos that were used as evidence to accuse me of cheating were from one game and the person spectating me was there for only HALF the game which leads me to believe that this was simply a mad player who is unable to accept the fact that there are people who are better than them self.

3. As Stated, I feel the videos provided were not nearly enough evidence to prove that i was actually using a 3rd party software to give myself an advantage.

4.The "flicky' mouse movements are simply how i play battlefield . I have set my DPI to, believe it or not, a relatively normal setting. I am able to do those flicks due to the fact that my mouse pad is 35" by 16" allowing me to have a wide rang of mouse mobility. 5. The following is a video of someone who is using a Real Aimbot. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_u9tJpb7bbk&feature=youtu.be This video was from the exact same person on the exact same server that mine was taken from. The aimbot in the video is obvious, instant snap to the head with no visible movement of the character. my flicks show visible character movement and are not always 100 percent accurate. THIS PART IS SIMPLY TO PROVE THAT THE VIDEO IS LACKING IN PROOF OF ME USING AN AIMBOT BY COMPARING IT TO A VERY OBVIOUS AIMBOTTER.

Additional Information: I Simply feel that I was banned unfairly for being a good player. If the admin viewing this needs any additional information, please contact me and i will do what i can to provide. EDIT: i have reviewed some of the clips used against me and would like to explain.

at 22 seconds, the flick i show was to fall to cover as a team mate was in front of me and i had concluded i had no way of eliminating the threat which was shown covering behind the sand bags directly in front of me. if paused at the moment of the flick, you can see there are no enemies within sight that i could have locked onto if i was using a cheat.

at 39 seconds, this being the most suspicious as there is an enemy that i aim near when i flick. The reason i preformed this action was i saw a red light out of the corner of my eye shining towards me. instinct kicked in and i quickly assumed that it was a laser pointer of an enemy camping the corner which is why i quickly adjusted my aim towards the light and shot a couple times. it was at that point that i realized it was in fact the box on the wall emitting the red light that i mistook for a laser pointer and it was merely a coincidence that an enemy was across the map in the same location as i aimed.

between 2:18 and 2:50 was simply good instinctive playing. i had seen  the first enemy in front (2:20) and proceeded to shot them until they returned to cover. i adjusted my position to attempt to contact the enemy again when i saw the second enemy on the second platform (2:23) and decided to go for them. i got a good flick headshot (2:25) whilst also seeing the 3rd enemy standing off to the left of the one i had just killed. i readjust and see the first enemy i initially shot at (2:28) and eliminate them while readjusting once again to look for the 3rd enemy. whilst pre-firing the tower out of suspicion of them being there, i spot the muzzle flashes of the enemy off to the left (2:34) and begin shooting at them.

at 2:47, i being shooting at enemies when i see a second off to the left (2:48). I begin to contact this enemy because my initial target had run behind cover and was no longer a threat. at 2:49 i hear a third enemy beginning to approach me and therefore execute a flick over to them. The accuracy of the flick is due to the fact that i do these maneuvers quite frequently resulting in more accurate results every time.

All of these explained clips where simply good tactics i presented while being spectated.

I hate to push buttons, but it has been 3 days and i haven't received any word from any admins. In your "Admin Request: How to appeal your ban" post, It said that an admin would give me a first response within 24 hours. I can't confirm that an admin has look at my post, but with 160 plus views, i can help but feel like at least one moderator or admin has at least glanced through the post.

I don't ask for this process to go faster, i simply want a confirmation that the post has either been reviewed or hasn't been reviewed yet so i can stop worrying that i missed and requests given my an admin etc. I appreciate the assistance.

The evidence will be reviewed. And yes, sometimes it takes a little longer to respond as we are just a bunch of volunteers. And sometimes it is better to wait for a bit rather then making a hastily decision.

After having watched the video a couple of times I do not think it is conclusive evidence for cheating. Therefore your ban is removed.
