The problem here is that we don't care who is cheating behind the account. If the account was used to cheat on, we ban it and every account that is linked to it. 

And although I don't understand Russian, a cam video irl showing people playing normally is not enough to get the ban lifted. Here's why and how to lift the ban :

1. https://bf4db.com/player/946575929 This account has a PunkBuster Violation instead of suspicious stats, so there's no suspicious performance for him to replicate. The only way to get this ban lifted is to appeal at Evenbalance and get the violation lifted there.

2. https://bf4db.com/player/1793544105 This account is banned for being linked with the first account. There's two way to get this ban lifted: get the first ban lifted, or proving that these 2 accounts are owned by two seperate person by providing battlereports of these two accounts playing together on a same server before the ban.

You can use bf4cheatreport.com to go through reports more quickly.
