I have made a request on discord and they replied disrespectfully, first hey asked why would we lift the ban? and I replied with honesty saying I have been reformed and become clean from using any kind of hacks, and then he rejected my appeal and block me from discord?! 

You admitted the usage of cheats in the past --> appeal denied because cheaters dont get a second chance --> ticketban so you cant open a new ticket

yeah bro, because the DB Ban Policy says that you dont get second chances for cheating in the way you did
its not disrespectful. Its just that those are the rules + most cheater go on to cheat again when they are unbanned
