No, in nearly all of the battlereports he was playing on the same Hardcore Server. These stats are completly normal for hardcore.

1. Use the searchbar on the Mainpage to search for the player you want to report. When you on his profile there should be a button to report him. Click on it and fill out the formular and add your evidence to the report.

2. Make sure your video are not privat.

3. I didnt saw your video yet, but When you just got clips from your POV it probably will not enough to get him banned. Also they should be long enough.

He is just using another account to push his stats.

"Ihr" wart nur einmal zusammen in der selben Runde und das war auf einen leeren Server. Was für mich aber eher danach aussieht als wenn du erst mit 

Bunyip_117 und dann später mit KontaktinKontakt draufgejoined bist und du zwischendurch nur die Accounts gewechselt hast.

Und nurmal so, über https://bf4cheatreport.com/ kann man die Uhrzeit und das Datum der Runden sehen. Ansonsten sehe ich hier keine Zeiten wo ihr beide gleichzeitig am spielen wart.

You mean the high Score per Minute? Thats because he joined right before the Round ends. He was ingame for around 15 Seconds got a kill and the points for being in the winning team. The points are calculated up to atleast one minute.
