Appeal: I played a lot of BF4 a few years ago but fell out of it when PUBG came out. At that point I stopped playing and using Origin at all, that was the only game I had through Origin until Apex came out. At some point between the last time I had BF4 installed and I was playing as CaptianWD-40 and the release of Apex my account was hacked. I went through a huge ordeal with Origin to recover my account and now have 2-factor setup. At this point I'm a little pissed because I just want to play some BF4 like I did a few years ago and I thought I was over this entire hack thing. I don't know what kind of proof you need but let me know and I can submit it, I've attached some screen shots that might help.
