I downloaded BF4 again yesterday, after ~3 years of not playing. When I joined both your Metro maps, I got kicked because my account was banned for some reason. I suspect my account has been used by somebody else who has violated your rules. I have now secured my account so that only I can log in and play on it.

I would like to appeal this ban I got, I understand however if this is not possible. I would be happy to provide proof, if there is a way to prove that it was not me.
