So I am banned outright on this game but I was told by the original admin that banned me that he was not allowed to make the final decision.

I also noticed that the videos I recorded weren't even viewed and were just ignored because I didn't get close enough to the stats (Even though I was told by the original admin to get "as close as possible"). Considering how circumstantial both of these things are I feel like there is something suspect with the decision to ban my account.

TBH I just want it reviewed I feel like I was banned based on 5 games when I had just unlocked a gun that is highly used by the community. While I don't expect much from this post I would just like to know why the original admin banned me when that is against BF4DBs policy for appeals...

Recorded 3 games as close as I could get stat wise. Unfortunately my HSKR isn't as close as I want it to be but basically every other stat is. What shocks me a little bit is looking back at these games multiple times in post looks like I get robbed of a lot of head shots to begin with (like players laying down on the floor and leaning targets that I can somehow not get a head shot on. I'll list all 3 here, used as close to the same loadout every time. The highest HSKR i got was on a TDM server but I never recorded it as it didn't follow the parameters I was set out to do. Chalk it up to bad luck for me for not being able to replicate it as best as I can but I gave it the best shot i could with the limited amount of time I had between work and life in general. Thanks for letting me try and I respect whatever decision you give for me.

I would like to try this again yes because i feel like i am basically being ignored by the length of this community. I would almost chalk it up to luck for most of these rounds but i guess statistics is what you guys roll by so I wont argue with it. And i won't add that i play csgo either because I don't own the game and that BS makes me laugh.

I can record a gameplay no problem but Ill have to redownload BF4 since i deleted it out of being ignored.

Fairfight doesn't show me as suspect but I unlocked the AEK the other day and started playing rush with friends. Most of the games we played were close range and its not exactly hard to get headshots with the AEK from near point blank range in a tight space especially with the recoil pattern that gun has. When i checked to play today it started to ban me from basically every server I have tried to play on. I was kicked from an admin the other day and basically all started to kick off. While my account shows still "under investigation" I have already started to get banned from basically any BF4DB server which i find incredibly unfair at least IMO. 

I haven't been accused of cheating in my games and rush on close proxy maps isnt hard to amass a ton of kills specially with the rpm of the AEK. So why am I already being banned for my HSKR even though I am not banned according to you guys?
