Still mad that I got banned for "multihack" about 10 months ago simply for killing a cheater on a server, picking up his kit and killing a player with said cheater's railgun that they spawned in. My Battlelog has been clean since i made my origin account in 2013 and this one report made it so I can no longer play on 90% of the servers on my favourite game BF4. On the pc account UrFakeMoldavian this was the only time i used the railgun and then only time i got a kill with it. It's annoying because there was no way I could prove that i was not the one that spawned in the railgun on zavod 311 because neither me or my friend were recording to show proof that I was not cheating.

I have posted a ban appeal and all, replied to by an administrator and looked over but one thing I don't understand is why I have been in the first place since there is no evidence that I have ever brought in a railgun on the map zavod 311. Nobody has shown ME proof that I was the one that brought it in. Why would I get banned for using someone else's kit that happened to have the railgun. This makes no sense, yes there is evidence showing me using the weapon but once again why would I get banned for simply using it. This is where the whole innocent until proven guilty thing comes into play. I would like this to be looked over once again because first of all I never cheated in my life in any video game. My battlefield accounts (one for PC and one for PS4) have never been accused of cheating, the server owners or whoever presented the information did not show anything other than this picture

I'm going to say this once again but I seriously can't play on any server now on battlefield 4 other than official servers that nobody plays on or those that are in asia with 300+ ping.

My friend who was playing with me might but I do not, mainly because this was 2 months ago and I have not played since then.

Appeal:

I killed a guy that had the railgun, was surprised that it was on Zavod 311 where it should not be and used it to shoot a few times at a helicopter that flew by. I might have killed 1 person whilst wielding the railgun but not with the intention of constantly abusing the exploit. I did not "bring" in the weapon into the sever but simply picked it up from the guy who was cheating (he was banned seconds after I killed him). There is no proof that I was cheating and my EA account has been always clean without any issues since all the time. After taking a break from the game I am no longer able to join any non-official server and nobody plays on official severs anymore so basically I am incapable of playing multiplayer as a whole.
