Attempting, like a wild man to jump through hoops over a server ban,
I was advised to appeal not through here but through GGC despite the overlay on server stating to appeal at 'BF4DB', alas I was able to access their site (GGC-Stream), register and get an appeal logged.
24 hours later their site is no longer available.
Are GGC-stream having hosting issues currently?
Any information would be of great help

Hi Peeps,
I have recently been attempting to access servers on BF4 in order to join games, and just play.
Though recently I have been getting kicked as soon as I have joined the server, an error appears on my screen stating that I am banned from the server because I am using a multihack?
This is now occurring on every server that I attempt to join.
To my knowledge I am not running any illicit software or any form of hack, I'm just a player (mostly casual) who really enjoys playing Battlefield 4.
I do genuinely hold hackers in the regard of high detest, I have played on servers for a number of years now 'without issue' for my part.
It is with a degree of surprise that I find myself banned with the reason being that I myself am using a multihack?
I have played on servers in the past where there have been hackers and it just ruins the game for all involved, hence my distain for them.
As soon as this occurred, I have attempted to 'repair' my game in the origin launcher, I have also moved the files from a Hard drive on to an SSD, I currently haven't un-installed and re-installed - this is my next course in order to resolve this issue (though I am aware that a ban is linked to a player account).
I you are able to look at my stats, I believe that they are not artificially inflated, or inflated at all?
if you are also able to review any of my game play, it would be glaringly apparent that I mostly get my ass handed to me a great deal of the time, I get lucky occasionally and manage to perform well, this not being the product of cheating.
I am more than happy to conduct a fresh install of the game on a different drive to ensure that I only have game files through Origin in the hope that this absolutely guarantees the legitimacy of my BF4 account with no unauthorized software.
I am still scratching my head as to how I have been banned due to the use of a multihack, I don't believe that I am technically gifted enough to be able to use one?
and there isn't anyone else that has access to my computer, I am confounded as to how this happened.
The thing that I may be Guilty of, and which I'm wholeheartedly sorry for, is that in a rare instance I may leave a game early, I know that the community take a dim view of this and I sincerely apologise.
I am seeking your assistance in the hopes of a better understanding as to how this occurred and to hopefully have my player account ban lifted.

I would very much like to get back to playing Battlefield 4 without any further incidents, a little upset that I am regarded as a cheater.
